Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return with box opening video.

 Returns or refunds are only possible in cases where the product is damaged or chipped. All other products are not eligible for return or exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or chipped, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the unpacking video. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchange products will be delivered within 7-10 days. Exchange product for damage & defective will be delivered in 7-10 days. 

Non-Refundable Items:

Please be aware that custom orders and items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of damage.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
